Webcomic review: Wish3

Webcomic review: Wish3

I read Wish3, by Sylvia T. Leung, from 2004 to 2007, so this review will be short.

There’s magic, lots of flashbacks, comedy, drama, family stuff, reincarnation stuff, and time travel. (Time travel, you say? Reincarnation, you say? Why yes, there is some.) I especially liked ending – there were some things that I thought would happen, and I was delighted when Leung surprised me.

The art style changed quite a bit from its inception in 2001 to its conclusion in 2007. Leung started out with ink-and-pencil and then (apparently) started editing her drawings digitally. She cleaned things up, making it look less sketchy, and overall ended up with a more detailed and sophisticated look.

I hope you will check Wish3 out. If you stick with it, you will be richly rewarded!
